How to Apply for Scholarships on the Common Scholarship Portal

Applying for scholarships can be a crucial step in helping you achieve your educational goals.

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit Scholarship.Nagaland.gov.in
  • Click "Register" and enter your mobile number linked with Aadhaar to receive an OTP.
  • Verify your mobile and provide your details like name, email, and password.

Step 2: Login

Once your mobile number is verified, log in with your credentials.

Step 3: Fill in the User Profile

Update your personal information, including name, date of birth, gender, category, and bank account details.

Step 4: Apply for Scholarship

  • Select the scholarship scheme, institution, state, and district.
  • Provide academic details such as course, school/college, and year of study.

Step 5: Upload Documents

Upload the required documents, including:

  • Passport-sized photograph
  • Mark sheets/certificates
  • Caste and income certificate (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card
  • Bank passbook/statement

Step 6: Verify and Submit

  • Review your application for accuracy.
  • Click "Submit" once satisfied.

Step 7: Track Your Application

Log in to your account to check your application status regularly.
